Emerging artist, Priscilla Numendumah, is one of the younger artists painting at Mowanjum. Urged by her older sister, Theresa, to come to the Art Centre to paint, Priscilla began her art journey in 2006.
In 2011, she was selected as one of the fifty emerging Indigenous artists in Western Australia to have her work shown amongst the Revealed exhibition at the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting. Part of this program also allowed Priscilla to meet the other artists, and to undergo professional development in Perth.
Priscilla has a young daughter, Tiffany, with her partner Stanley, who is employed at the Art Centre.
